• Applicant Data uploaded by Programs.
• Technical data (IP addresses, logs, cookies for session management).

How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Services.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with Programs regarding their account or services.

How We Share Information

• RankRx does not sell Applicant Data.
• RankRx does not share Applicant Data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Services (e.g., secure hosting providers).
• De-identified, aggregate analytics may be used to improve the platform.

Data Retention

• Application PDFs are not stored.
• Application Results are retained only as long as needed for the current application season, unless Programs request earlier deletion.

Your Rights

• Programs may request correction or deletion of their account data.
• Security incidents will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws.
